With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Jean Sears of Coffeyville, Kansas, who passed away on October 12, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Eden and Deloris N. Eden (Kolb). She is survived by: her uncle Bentley Vanderhoof; her siblings, Robert "Bob" Eden (Mary) of Coffeyville and Judy Hayes (Brion) of Liberty, Kansas; her nephew Mike Hayes; her nieces, Nikki Trotter (Brett), Amber Parker (Shawn) and Ashley Woods (Kent); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gracie Hayes, Nash Trotter, Bryson, Kassidy Woods, Emilee, Brandon, Lucy and Noah Parker; and her aunt Doloris Vanderhoof (Bentley) of Springfield.

Due to the current Covid-19 conditions the family has chosen Graveside Services that will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 10:00 a. m. at Robbins Cemetery west of Coffeyville, Kansas.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Assembly of God Church; these may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W Barnes Funeral Home 306 N Cline Rd. Coffeyville, KS 67337.

Debbie Cramer wrote a sympathy message

“Bobby (Judy) I was saddened to learn of Patti's death. Jerry and I were in Missouri and could not attend the graveside but you were in our thoughts and my prayer. Patti reminded me of her dad, soft-spoken, and kind. Her battle with MS has ended, and in heaven, she will be restored. Hope to get with you someday and get some old family pictures. Hugs, Debbie, for Jerry too.”
