It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Traxson (Coffeyville, Kansas), who passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence H. Traxson and Inez Traxson (Hoobler); and his brother Larry Traxson. He is survived by: his wife Edith Ann Traxson (Beal); his children, Ron (Patty Traxson), Debra (John Flick), Tim (Vikki Traxson) and Greg (Julie Traxson); his grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron, Courtney, Ross, Mary, Katie, Cole, Luke, Amber, Bryant and Conner; his sister Iris Huddleson (Mike) of Wichita, KS; and his sister-in-law Norma Traxson of Angola. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a private family graveside will take place at the Richland Cemetery located two miles north of Angola, Friday, April 24, 2020.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made payable to the Traxson Family LCHS Scholarship Fund in memory of Norman Traxson and they may be sent in care of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel 2405 Woodland Ave. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
