She is survived by: her son Jimmie Dale Cook, Jr. (Christine); her sister Lois Ann Cook; her grandchildren, Amy Hough, Darrin Cook, Amanda Wall and Ryan Wall (Erin); her son-in-law Dan Wall; and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Kaitlyn Hough, Claire, Malia Cook, Jacob, Dalton Brown, Brennon, Gavin, Fletcher and Caroline Wall. She is also survived by mother to her children.
The family would welcome memorials to the Alzheimer's.
