It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Anthony Demas of Coffeyville, Kansas, born in Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stewart Parnell Demas and Faye Janice Smiley Demas; his son Isaac Demas; his brother Jim Speer; and his father-in-law Mike Erie.
He is survived by: his stepfather Raymond Cowan; his wife Diann Erie; his children, Sarah Lopez (Fernando) of Pittsburg, Kyle Demas of Pleasanton and Trenton Demas of Pittsburg; his grandchildren, Isabella, Marco, Miguel Lopez and Emma Demas; his pets, Abbie and Gracie; his brothers, George Demas of Jackson, Charles Speer (Marian) of Carl Junction, John Speer (Pam) of Redfield and Glenn Demas (Cecilia) of Joplin; and his mother-in-law Edna Erie of Ft. Scott.
