He is survived by: his wife Barbara Green; his daughter Paula Bayack (Mike) of Derby, Kansas; his stepsons, Terry Green (Carolyn) of Cherryvale and Mark Green (Linda) of St. Paul, Kansas; and his brothers, Earnest McNickle (Karen) of Arlington, Kenneth McNickle (Connie) of Cherryvale and Keith McNickle of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
