He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rosenthal and Lillian Ruth Rosenthal (Bernath); and his daughter Kristen Michelle Rosenthal. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia "Cis" Laws; his children, James J Rosenthal of Henderson, Cory Rosenthal of Derby and Kati Hayward (Shundale) of Coffeyville, Kansas; his grandchildren, Seandale Hayward, Ravyn Hayward, Maddy Rosenthal, Danger Rosenthal and Kristin Rosenthal; his great grandchildren, Legend Kai, Taylin Lillie-Ann and Fate Greyce; his brothers, Raymond Rosenthal (Sharon) of St. Louis and Mark Rosenthal (Rosie) of St. Louis; and his pets, Shiloh and Comet. He is also survived by great Dad and loved being a Papa to his 5 grandkids and 3 great grandkids.

“Cecilia... I am a childhood friend of Jimmy's and I just saw that he passed away. I send you my condolences. I have three elementary school class pictures that include Jimmy.
