He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Dale and Irene Dale (Epperson); his wife Barbara Davis; his children, Billy Dale (Cindy), James Dale Jr. (Jessica), Jenger Byler (Tracy) and Kenda Gilman (Steve); his siblings, Larry Dale (Janet), Diane Dale and Anita Smith; and his son Chris Dale. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
