He is survived by: his sister Kimberly Lambert (Jason); his nephew Jacob; his niece MacKenzie of Yorkville, Illinois; his stepbrother Andrew Sullivan; his niece Bella of Coffeyville, Kansas; his uncle Paul; and his aunts, Kathy Schmid of Grand Lake, Oklahoma and Anne Retonde of Merriam.
