He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ernest and Nora Lorene Phillips (Taylor); his wife Nettie; and his sister Carol Kendzierski. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Allen of Coffeyville and Tammy (Mark Overton) of Bernice. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
