She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther McDowell and Lillian McDowell (Allen); her sister Janet Newkirk; and her grandson Cody Sewell. She is survived by: her husband Joe Sewell; her sons, Brian Sewell (Erika) and Clint Sewell; her grandchildren, Calvin, Cade, Caleb Sewell and Eisley Sewell; and her sister Dorothy Whitaker.
