It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ellen L. Sewell of Coffeyville, Kansas, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther McDowell and Lillian McDowell (Allen); her sister Janet Newkirk; and her grandson Cody Sewell. She is survived by: her husband Joe Sewell; her sons, Brian Sewell (Erika) and Clint Sewell; her grandchildren, Calvin, Cade, Caleb Sewell and Eisley Sewell; and her sister Dorothy Whitaker.

Memorial Contributions can be made payable to: Wayside Christian Church or American Cancer Society and left in care of the chapel.
