He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Florene Norris; and his siblings, Gertie Counts (Elba), Hugh Baltzell (Dorothy), Ruby James (Banjo), Lorena Jones (Noad), Helen Morlan (Garvin), Minifee Runyum (Frank), Pauline Helton (Kenny), Bill Baltzell (Madelin) and Neil Baltzell (Barbara).
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Baltzell (Linda) and Jim Baltzell of Granbury, Texas.; his grandchildren, Katie Parvey of Spokane Valley, Washington, Joshua Baltzell (Malory) of Midland, Texas, Chris Baltzell of Stanton and Matt Baltzell of Carlsbad, NM.; and his great grandchild Cameron Baltzell. He is also survived by the Father & Son.
