He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foster and Louise Foster (Hannah). He is survived by: his children, Curtis Foster (Michele) and Christy Foster (Patti Foster); his stepchildren, Jason Hultz (Cher), Lisa Patchett (Larry), Brandi Owens (Zach) and David Foster; and his sisters, Mary Lou Frost and Sharon McNeal. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
