He was predeceased by: his mother Bertha Anderson; his stepfather Andy Anderson; and his brother Dennis Miller. He is survived by: his son Rod Miller (Chris); his grandchild Jessie; his great grandchild Ryan Paul of Victorville, California; his daughter Kim Johnson (Ernie) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his granddaughters, Jennifer Doering (Dustin) and Heather Doering (Ocean Green); his great grandchildren, Lillie, Hazen and Cameron of Coeur; his nephew Tim Miller of Weaver, Alabama; and his cousin Diane Watson of Fulton, Missouri.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions can be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice; these may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
