As we bid adieu to Dorothy's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Dorothy has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy A. Sexton and Maude E. Sexton (Kebert); and her husband Jim. She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya Crosby of Ankeny and Jennifer McDaniel of Paola, Kan.; her sister Guyana Priestley of Athens, Texas; and her half-sister Luella Howarth. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, her nephews, cousins and numerous other family members and friends.
The family suggests memorials to the Coffeyville Salvation Army Auxiliary.
