He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Victor and Virla Elizabeth DeRaad (Cook); his wife Peggy Lou Trask; and his son Steven DeRaad. He is survived by: his children, Lonnie DeRaad (Bonnie) of Dearing, Kansas, Deborah Hastler of Sioux City, Iowa and Pattie Jo Blanchard of Sioux City, Iowa; his granddaughter Amanda Long (Rickie); and his great grandchildren, Bryce Long of Coffeyville and Emily Long of Coffeyville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
