He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benton Clarke Bumgarner and Joan Dorsey Bumgarner; his wife Elizabeth Lynn Masters; his daughter Jennifer Foraker; his grandchildren, Finian, Isabel and Lucas of Coffeyville; his son Michael Bumgarner (Ruth); his grandchildren, Harrison and Eleanor of Winfield; his daughter Rebecca Bumgarner Utter (Jeff); his granddaughter Olive of Topeka; and his sisters, Diane Gorman of Pleasant Hill, MO, Julie Kuehn of Lenexa, KS and Mary Ann Baker (Greg) of Crofton, MD.. He was also cherished by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to honor David's life be made to First Presbyterian Church or to Coffeyville Community College Foundation.
