He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Weber and Barbara Weber (Specht); and his brother Lee Weber. He is survived by: his children, Elaine Moore (Harlan) of Wichita, Rene Decker (Chris) of Coffeyville and Kevin Torano of Natasha; and his siblings, Kathy Greer, Mary Neel and Monty Weber. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
