She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Nellie Stacey Swalley (Manning); her husband Glenn Smith; her daughters, Glenda J. Lewis and Sherry R. Seaton; her grandson Adam E. Laney; and her brothers, Bert C. Swalley, Marvin L. Swalley, J. D. Swalley and Harold N. Swalley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda D. Ross, Stacey L. Maris and Vicki L. Vail (Clyde N. Vail); and her sister Lela M. Ward. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
