Bernice Strickland Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Strickland (Coffeyville, Kansas), who passed away on April 7, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hosie Harris and Sally Harris; her children, Gladys, Willie and Thomas; and her siblings, Johnny and Venora.

She is survived by: her spouse Willie "Hamp" Strickland; her children, Diane Franklin (James), William "Chug" Strickland (Kassandra), Martha Littlejohn (Ricky) and Paula Strickland; and her goddaughter Monique Davis. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandkids, 16 great-great grandkids, plus a host of special nieces, nephews and bonus grandchildren.

Donations can be made to David W. Barnes Funeral Home to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.
