He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dick Payeur and Leona Payeur; his siblings, Robert Payeur and Linda Spade (Gena Payeur); and his children, Crystal Bowser, Heather Sharpe, Jesse Payeur and Kayla Flatt. He was also cherished by his eight grandchildren.
