She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben J. Benyshek and Laura Helen Benyshek (Koukol); and her husband Francis W. Adam. She is survived by: her children, Greg Adam (Molly) of Clay Center, KS, Ritchie Adam (Susan) of Glasco, KS, Rebecca Brummer (Tyler) of Randall, KS, Ranee Lyne (Dion) of Clay Center, KS, Lori Adam (Don) of Belleville, KS and Robin Adam of Hanover, KS; her grandchildren, Aaron Adam (Lynn), Corey Adam (Candice), Devon Adam (Chenell), Dina Berry (Colby), Kristen Egger (Corey), Darius Lyne, Tristen, Logan and Cadyn Brummer; and her great grandchildren, Aaralyn, Taven Adam, Araya, Melia Adam, Raelen, Coulson Adam, Jane and Tessa Berry.
