He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Warburton and Margaret H. Warburton (Dreeshen); his son Edward Warburton; and his brother Harold Warburton. He is survived by: his wife Lily L. Cook of Clyde; and his children, Bruce Warburton of Wray, CO, Mike Warburton (Dana), Cindy Derusseau (Mike) and Robbin Warburton (Kristi). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
