He is survived by: his wife Tami Berntsen; his children, Jamie Tjaden (Keith) of Clearwater, Chad Berntsen (Staci) of Clearwater, Kyle Berntsen of Clearwater and Keith Berntsen of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, TJ, Kyndall, Noah, Talen, Zayne, Eli, Blake, Tenley, Amelia and Jordy; his great grandchild Bella; his father Donald A. Berntsen; and his siblings, Barbara Ashel (Aaron), Matt Berntsen (Jane), Robin Dixon (Jim), Brandy Berntsen (Michelle), Lyle Berntsen (Vickie), Bruce Berntsen (Lisa) and Andrew Berntsen (Jamie).
