She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Malone (Patrick) of Wichita, KS, Lisa Swain (Catherine) of Boston, MA and Tiffany Struthers (Jonas) of Clearwater, KS; her siblings, Martin Mikesell (Lynn) of Eureka Springs, AR and Patricia VandeBruinhorst (Gary) of Peck, KS; her grandchildren, Melissa Hecox (Tom) of Fort Collins, CO, Ashlyn Struthers of Clearwater, KS, Jillianne Malone of Wichita, KS, Hope and Taylor Struthers of Clearwater, KS; her great grandchildren, Harper and Emerson Hecox of Fort Collins, CO; her nieces, Tammy Bernstorf (Kendall), Kathleen Bastin (Darin), Shannon VandeBruinhorst (Jeff) and Amy Bischler (Barry); and her nephew Heath Mikesell (Amy).

A memorial has been established in Sherrie's honor with Alzheimer's Association.
