He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Dennis Frost and Mary Frost (Seymour); his sisters, Becky and Sheila Frost; and his grandson Nick Frost.
He is survived by: his wife Millie L. Seiter; his children, Helen Ray (Roger) of Clearwater, Greg Frost (Amber) of Clearwater, Russell R. Frost, Jr. of Clearwater and Stacy L. Frost of Clearwater; and his siblings, Kay Francis (James) of Conway Springs, Malessa Grissom (Danny) of Eureka, Dana Page of Lindsay, OK and Daniel Wayne Page of Cement, OK. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
