He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Bloomer (Kountz); his parents, Wilson Bloomer and Jewell Bloomer (Alumbaugh); and his sons, James R. Bloomer and Keith A. Bloomer.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Quaney of Wichita, Paul Bloomer of Clearwater, Brian Bloomer of Phoenix, AZ and Amy O'Byrne (Jason) of Wichita; and his siblings, Colleen Thaxton of Greeley, CO and Alan Bloomer of Clearwater. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
