He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Craig Wells (Sara Cotton) and Mindy Wells of Clearwater; his siblings, Richard Wells (LaVonne) of Viola, Barbara Cotton of Viola, Robert Wells (Sandy) of Clearwater and Jim Wells of Clearwater; his grandchildren, Savanna Gillespie, Taylor Wells, Ashton Gillespie, Kaylee Wells, Hayley DeWild and Kyler Cotton; and his great grandchild Conner Reynolds.
