He is survived by: his parents, James "Greg" Horinek and Jennie Lynn Pinion; his sister Kristen Wilson; his nephew Tucker Jackson; his brothers, Kolson of Clearwater and Kaleb Horinek of Clearwater; and his grandparents, David Pinion of Arkansas City, Gerald, Linda Dawson of Wellington, Jim, Karen Horinek of Ponca City, OK and Darlene Horinek of Winfield. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
