She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence; her sons, Larry Dugan, Jr. and Bobby Dugan; her parents, Joseph Bell and Beulah Bell (Thompson); her siblings, Harold, Cliff, Jim, Bill Bell and Margaret Foster; and her son-in-law Eldon Gould.
She is survived by: her children, Natalie Hartel (Stan) of Phoenix, AZ, Delbert Dugan (Connie) of Wichita, Deanne Gould of Wellington, Debra Dugan (Jack LaBarge) of Seadrift, TX, Ron Dugan (Allison) of Vallejo, CA, Jan Ast (Kenny) of Wichita, Michael Dugan (Tina) of Wichita, Barbara Ellen Dugan of Hutchinson and Rebecca McPeak (Aaron) of Wichita; and her sister Marilyn Isenegger of Wichita. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
