He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Burger and Stella Burger (Jacobs); and his wife Elna Bott. He is survived by: his children, Jerrold Burger of Palmer, KS., Lynette (Gary Abbott) of Salina, KS. and Julia (Dwight Schwake) of Roanoke, IL; his grandchildren, Emily, Brock Nash, Amanda, Casey Hertzenberg, Maddie Bevitt and Jacob Bevitt; and his great grandchildren, Korah, Addyson Nash, Cyrus and Jade Hertzenberg.
