She was predeceased by: her parents, George Blackwood and Jenny Blackwood (Doig); her husband Wayne Hafner; her brothers, Don, Dean, Jack and Lawrence; and her grandson Grant Hafner.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney (Kathy) of Great Bend, Randy (Cathy) of Clay Center and Bill (Joni) of Prairie Village; her brothers, George (Pat Nazarenus) of Muscatine and Rex Blackwood (Mary Kaye) of Clay Center; her sister-in-law Madeleine Blackwood of Clyde; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Morice (Keith), Matt Hafner (Samantha), Emily Green (Monte), Melissa Ostmeyer (Jeremiah), Josh Hafner (Heidi) and Sam Hafner. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
