He is survived by: his wife Kim Mayo of Clay Center, Kansas; his daughter Melody (Ben Easterberg) of Clay Center, Kansas; his grandchildren, Jaxon Vathauer and Alana Easterberg; and his siblings, Jerry (Cindy Mayo) of Clay Center, Jeff (Diana Mayo) of Clay Center, Jon (Holly Mayo) of Omaha and Allison (Tom Danilovich) of Creston, Iowa..
