It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steve Worley of Clay Center, Kansas, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Worley and Velda K. Worley (DesJardins); his former wife Dorothy Savener; and his siblings, Joe, Robert and Robin Rouse.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Worley of Clay Center, Kansas; his daughter Paula (Randy Wewer) of Manhattan, Kansas; his stepson Todd Nelson of Riley, Kansas; his grandchildren, Trace Nelson (Faith), Blake Wewer (Antonia), Ty Nelson (Kori) and Reece Wewer; his great grandchildren, Nyla Nelson and Mateo Wewer; and his sisters, Vicki (Doug Marshall) of Brookville and Patti (Steve Curtiss) of Topeka. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Clay Center Country Club or the Anthony Bates Foundation and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
