We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2019, at the age of 84, Shirley Ann Tanner Binkley Tibbits (Clay Center, Kansas), born in Lawrence, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andy Tanner and Vivian Tanner (Lefferd); her spouse James W. Binkley; her daughters, Susan Marie and Nancy Ann; her half-sister Linda Keilty (Mike) of St. Louis; and her sons, Fred Binkley (Karen) and Kelly Binkley (Kim). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Parkinson's Research, or Douglas County Visiting Nurses Hospice, in care of the funeral home, 601 Indiana St., Lawrence, KS, 66044.
