He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Black and Lula Mae Reynolds Black. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Leigh Anderson; his children, Larry Black (Terry) of Wichita, KS, Linda Lamkin (Sterling) of Austin, TX and Lyle Black (Carrie) of Wichita, KS; and his stepchildren, Tracy Anderson (Claire) of Atlanta, GA, Blake Anderson of Atlanta, GA and Penny Anderson of Loganville, GA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.

The family requests that memorials be made in his honor to the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 216, Greensboro, GA 30642.
