He was predeceased by: his parents, George Patterson and Ora Patterson (Tiemeyer); and his siblings, Irene Atkinson and Kenneth L. Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Patterson of Clay Center, KS.; his children, Scott (Lyn Patterson) of Clay Center, KS. and Pam (Jim Wenger) of Clay Center, KS; and his grandchildren, Julie Hughes (Ken), Jeremy Patterson (Krissy) and Patrick Wenger (Natalie).
