He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lawrence and Gladys Dorothy Richter (Anderson); his wife Jacalyn Houser; and his brother Vance Richter. He is survived by: his children, Scot Richter (Dawn) of Green, Matt Richter (Rhonda) of Green and Janeil Sullivan (Kevin) of Riley; his grandchildren, Tanna Kasten (Kyler) of White City, Jake Richter (Liz) of Green, Maggie Mosher (Josh) of Topeka, Zack Sullivan (Emily) of Overland Park, Taylor Richter of Clay Center and Braden Richter (Micah) of Green; and his siblings, Glen Richter (Betty) of Lakin, Twila Branfort of Salina and Nola Duncan (Ed) of Wamego. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
