It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Fowles of Clay Center, Kansas, who passed away on December 22, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Milligan and Lavina Milligan (Finlay); her spouse Cecil Fowles; her granddaughter Megan; and her brother Roland Milligan.
She is survived by: her children, Merlin (Natalie Fowles) of Clay Center, Kansas, Gale (Emily Fowles) of Clay Center, Kansas, Sonda (Eugene Copeland) of St. George, Jan Rogers of Panama City and Sharon (Joseph Bullock) of Atchison, Kansas; her brothers, Harold (Margaret Milligan) of Clay Center and Norman (Gwen Milligan) of Clay Center; and her sister-in-law Wanda Milligan of Tulsa, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home (918 7th St, Clay Center, KS 67432). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Hebron Reformed Presbyterian Church and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
