She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Milligan and Lavina Milligan (Finlay); her spouse Cecil Fowles; her granddaughter Megan; and her brother Roland Milligan.
She is survived by: her children, Merlin (Natalie Fowles) of Clay Center, Kansas, Gale (Emily Fowles) of Clay Center, Kansas, Sonda (Eugene Copeland) of St. George, Jan Rogers of Panama City and Sharon (Joseph Bullock) of Atchison, Kansas; her brothers, Harold (Margaret Milligan) of Clay Center and Norman (Gwen Milligan) of Clay Center; and her sister-in-law Wanda Milligan of Tulsa, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Hebron Reformed Presbyterian Church and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
