She is survived by: her husband Max McAdams; her children, Debra Kovarik (Ernie), Deirdre Moore (Bob) and Rodney McAdams (Caryn); her grandchildren, Aaron Smith, Holly Koehn, Jesse Moore, Ashley Fischer and Ryan McAdams; and her brother Royal Carlson. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Cancer Society, sent in care of Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home, 918 7th Street, Clay Center, Kansas 67432.
