She was predeceased by: her parents, Lela Cecile Harness Wingate and Richard Mack Wingate; her parents-in-law, Roy Sr. and Marguerite Martin; her sister Betty Heidt; and her brothers-in-law, Glen Bergerhouse and Roy Martin Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Don (Day); her children, Francine Martin of Topeka, Scott (Polly) of Aurora Colorado, Angela Martin of Manhattan, Steven (Charity) of Terrell, Melanie Ramsey (Dave) of Manhattan and Tim (Roxie) of Clay Center; her grandchildren, Andy (Tori), Emily, Tyler Martin, Matthew, Courtney Martin, Ryan, Cole Ramsey, Amanda, Luke, Sarabeth and Kelly Martin; and her siblings, Loree Bergerhouse and Richard Wingate.
Due to COVID restrictions the funeral mass will be limited to family only.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lois Martin Memorial Fund c/o the Funeral Home to be shared with Meadowlark Hospice and the handicap restroom fund at Sts. Peter and Paul Church.
