He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Schiess and Edith Schiess (Hess); and his son Christopher. He is survived by: his parents-in-law, Ralph and Dorothy Jenkins; his siblings, Richard, Virgil Schiess and Bev Ebner; his wife Kathy Schiess of Clay Center, KS; his children, Paul Schiess of Clay Center, KS, Gina Wagner (Josh) of Watford City, ND, Vikki Calbert, Mindy Walker (Bill) and Bobby Schiess (Kim) of Manistee, MI; his brothers, Ron Burns (Debbie) of Cucamongo, CA, Chuck Burns and Bob Burns (Betty); and his siblings-in-law, Emma Cardey of San Antonio, TX, Rose Lawler, Dave Jenkins (Darleen) of Wisconsin Dells, WI, John Jenkins (Barbara) of Rockford, IL, Charles Pinkston and Longview. He is also survived by 13 Grandkids and 10 Great Grandkids.
