It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanne Stitt of Clay Center, Kansas, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Moon and Lola Mae Moon (Clinger); her husband Roger Stitt; her son Terry; and her siblings, Lucille, Eleanor, Verna, Rachel, Lois and James.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth (Judy Stitt) of Clay Center and Richard (Elizabeth Stitt) of Manhattan, Kansas; and also Lolleta Wildharber of Kennesaw, Georgia.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home (918 7th St, Clay Center, KS 67432). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (902 5th St, Clay Center, KS 67432).
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, Clay Center American Legion Auxiliary or to Morning Star, Inc. and can be sent in care of the funeral home.
