He is survived by: his parent Harold Fred; his wife LaVonne Hartner of Clay Center; his children, Shane Hartner, Joan Hartner (Runnebaum) of Marysville, Corey Hartner, Julie Hartner (Kriley) of Belleville, Hoyt Hartner, Christie Hartner (Bigler) of Clay Center, Kenny Hartner, Sallie Hartner (Koelling) of Smith Center and Holly Chestnut of Clay Center; his sisters, Darlene (Harry Strader) of Topeka and Beverly (Norval Ralstin) of Mullinville; his brother-in-law Milton Ericksen of Springfield, VA.; his stepsister Judy Krause of Manhattan; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Travers (Allie Burgin) of Oklahoma City and Jeannie Travers of Manhattan; his grandchildren, Nikki (Tony), Cody (Sarah), Wendy (Kyle), Chance (Alicia), Ben (Chelsea), Chase (Amy), Charissa, Matt (Allie), Taylor, Mason, Sadie, Morgan, Caley, Korbin, Hunter, Tillman and Halle; and also, Arlan Chestnut of Clay Center and Bob Krause of Manhattan.
