It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Bollinger (Clay Center, Kansas), who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Gerry Jean Jensen. She is survived by: her parents, Lawrence Lee and Geraldine Lee (Woodard); her spouses, Jerry Hayworth and Bill Bollinger; and her daughter Kelly Holte (Mike) of Clay Center, KS.
