He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Smith; his wife Diane Swarthout of Clay Center, KS.; and his children, Mike (Shelley Creach) of Clay Center, KS., Ed Swarthout, Mary Bradfield (Robert) of Clay Center, KS., Tracy Kolterman (Greg) of Kansas City, MO., Kathy Cyre (Steve) of Clay Center, KS. and Dawn Schuyler of Junction City, KS.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, step grandchild, several great grandchildren and step greatgrandchildren, several nieces, nephews, adopted daughters and many friends.
