She is survived by: her spouse Dean Paul Hoffman; her daughter Donna Hoffman of Clay Center; her grandson Dallas Hagenmaier of Clay Center; her brother-in-law Fay Hoffman (LaDonna) of Leonardville; and her nephews, Ernie Hoffman (Sandy) of Leonardville and Kevin Hoffman (Ronna) of Manhattan. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews and her many adopted grandchildren.
