She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Eugene Bartley; her children, Elgena Smith (Mike), Bob Bartley (Yvonne), Judy Cook (Mark) and Rex Bartley; her grandchildren, Dana Plunkett (Chad), Suzanne Smith, Jimmy White, Bartley Smith (Courtney), Lindsay Moore (Jason), Michael Cook, Enona Buster (Jim), Heather Gardina (Giovanni), Steven Cook and Nicole Corby; her great grandchildren, Christina Cook, Jaxson Cook, Kaley Blissett, Kaleb Cook, Josh Gardina, Zacharee Cook, Courtney Cook, Colton Cook, Ryker Smith, Emra Buster, Baylyn Smith, Connor Cook, Thane Buster, London Gardina and Lucas Gardina; and her sisters, Carol Sainsbury (Paul), Judy Klingaman, Karen Hornby (LaMon), Donna Lou Berry, Virginia Ann Stolpa, Shirley Jo Boggs and Patty Jane Davis.
