She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert R. Cox and Edith W. Cox; her husband Robert W. Clack; and her siblings, Jean Lough and Robert Cox Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Clack Jr. (Terry), Arthur L. Clack (Danni), Charles R. Clack (Toni), Charlotte C. Rundell (Brent) and Cindy Clack-Jacquet (Paul). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the River Ranch Chapel in care of the funeral home.
