It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Ann Wondra of Claflin, Kansas, born in Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on October 14, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Bahr and Anna M. Bahr (Hickey); her husband Leo A. Wondra; her siblings, Charles, Fred, Marion, Don, Cecil, Francis Bahr and Catherine Oborny; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Wondra.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Hanchett (Trey) of Salina, Cheryl Klepper (Tony) of Ellinwood, Gary Wondra of Olmitz and Bernetta Burkhart (Tom) of Hutchinson; her grandchildren, Lukas Demel, Marisa Fairchild, Michelle Bland, Andrea Walters, Kristin Colson, Kenton Wondra, Haleigh Nelson, Chase Burkhart, Ben Burkhart, Kyler Burkhart, Layne Burkhart and Wyatt Burkhart; her great grandchildren, Jack, Sam Demel, Annalynn, Emma Fairchild, Kendall Bland and Finley Burkhart; and her brother Robert Bahr of Houston, TX..
