He is survived by: his wife Bridget Craig of Arvada, Colorado.; his daughters, Dawnya Hickel (Rick Hickel) and Ronda Lewis (Rob Lewis); his stepdaughter Shannon Spurlock (Scott Bennett); his grandchildren, Ryan Hickel, Tarilynn Hickel, Amanda Lewis, BriAna Lewis and Kyle Lewis; his stepgranddaughter Saffron Bennett Spurlock; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Jackson, Bethany Jackson, Noelle Jackson and Hadley Hickel.
